below him shows this. I began sketching this line in my notebook, and thinking
about levity, floating, heaviness, anger/madness, and the way my unfocused
mind bounces around from thing to thing. Using square plates (4.5" x 4.5") I
sought to find simple ways to represent/express these states of mind. After
printing them together as a group, I began experimenting with combining them -
then color seemed important, so it arrived as well.

- The words were pounded into the plates using reverse steel letter stamps.
